Family Membership Letter

Hello Spartan Band Families and Welcome!

We hope you and your families are staying healthy and well during these challenging times. My name is Liz Shimbashi and I am the Vice President of Membership for our Seven Lakes Band Boosters upcoming 2020-2021 band season.

Our Band Boosters work hard to maintain the operation costs of our band program, not only for marching season, but throughout the year. In the 15 years of our program, the Band Boosters has awarded over $75,000 in scholarships to graduating Seniors!* One way we are able to provide so generously for our program is through family and corporate membership in the Seven Lakes Band Boosters. As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, we were unable to execute our many fundraisers scheduled for this past Spring. Sadly, this has added up to a loss of approximately $30,000 in unraised funds. We need your help!

One of the ways you can help support us is through an Individual or Corporate Booster Membership. There are many levels where you can join our band boosters. These memberships range in cost of $50.00 -$750.00. We are also excited to add a new level to our booster this year—the FAN CLUB membership. This membership is for those individuals from the community, past members, alumni and auxiliary family members who wish to support our program further. The cost of this membership is $25.00. Each membership level with benefits is listed separately. In addition, we also accept corporate matching. Please inquire with your workplace if there is a corporate matching program available. You may upgrade your membership to the next level with a corporate matching gift.

If you are able to help in any way, it will be greatly appreciated. If you are unable to join at this time, we fully understand and appreciate your continued support of our band family.
